The Genoa park has three levels, a children's playground and modern bathrooms. Parking is along Nixon Street and is limited. The land for the park was purchased in 1987. In 1993, the town started building the park and it was dedicated in 1996.

The street address is 2285 Genoa Street, but the main entrance is across Nixon Street from the Genoa Community Church (182 Nixon St.).
